Gissing is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Thomson Reuters, operating as an autonomous unit within Thomson Reuters. Gissing continues to sell and support its full range of products offering multi-vendor contributions solutions and related technologies, independent of data source or destination. Gissing remains headquartered in its offices in Bromley, and all contact details, including client support, are unchanged.

Further details have been provided directly to supported clients.

Company Structure

Gissing is structured in a way that has enabled us to provide a premier service to customers, and that permits easy expansion of services to meet demands in the future.

The Company is organised into four groups:

Sales & Marketing

These two elements have dedicated resources and work closely together to ensure customer needs are identified and solutions are documented and developed.

Support

The most important aspect of our business is the support we provide to customers, and the dedicated support team ensure that our customers receive the best possible service. The products themselves include built-in functions for system displays to assist in the identification of problems

Development

The separate development team ensures that the products are continually enhanced, and that any new interfaces or bespoke developments are specified, developed and delivered to customers' time-scales.

Administration

The Administration team look after all contracts and billing, and are essentially the operations unit of the company.
